Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Therefore, we will never share, trade, or sell any personal information, unless required by law. Your personal information is kept confidential and only used for the purpose in which it was intended.

Shipping
Canadian Shipping Options:

  • FREE Local Pick Up - available for anyone in or around Grande Prairie, Alberta.  We do not ship local orders.
  • FREE Expedited Parcel (orders over $129) - Tracking and insurance up to $100 is included.  Additional insurance may be purchased upon request.
  • $3.00  Letter Mail - available for very small, flat items that are no more than 2cm thick.  Please note that some items may ship without packaging when shipped by letter mail and just because the letter mail option is showing it does not mean that the item will fit. Letter Mail does not include tracking and is at buyers risk as there is no way for us to track or verify delivery.  Please contact us to endure your order qualifies before choosing this option.
  • $15.00 Expedited Parcel (orders under S129) - Tracking and insurance up to $100 is included in this option. Additional insurance may be purchased upon request. *Estimated delivery dates are guaranteed and shipping costs may be refunded if items are delivered later than postal service delivery standard date- this is dependent on if we are able to get shipping costs refunded to us*
US Shipping Options:
  • FREE Tracked Packet (orders over S129CAD) - Tracking and insurance up to $100 is included.  Additional insurance can be purchased upon request *expected delivery dates are not guaranteed with this option*
  • $9.00 Un-tracked Small Packet - does not include tracking and is at buyers risk as there is no way for us to track or verify delivery
  • $15.00 Tracked Packet (orders under $129CAD) - Tracking and insurance up to S100 is included.  Additional insurance can be purchased upon request *expected delivery dates are not guaranteed with this option*
  • $10.00 Expedited Parcel (order over $129CAD) - Tracking and insurance up to $100 is included.  Additional insurance can be purchased upon request. *Estimated delivery dates are guaranteed and shipping costs may be refunded if items are delivered later than postal service delivery standard date- this is dependent on if we are able to get shipping costs refunded to us*
  • $18.00 Expedited Parcel (order under $129CAD) - Tracking and insurance up to $100 is included.  Additional insurance can be purchased upon request. *Estimated delivery dates are guaranteed and shipping costs may be refunded if items are delivered later than postal service delivery standard date- this is dependent on if we are able to get shipping costs refunded to us*

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Shipments to the US are handed over to USPS at the border. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, except for orders that contain pre-orders which will ship as soon as they arrive in store. The average delivery time is 1-7 business days once the order has been shipped, this time may be extended for remote locations and during busy shipping times like Christmas.

Tracked orders will include insurance up to $100. Additional insurance may be purchased by request.

*Please note that packages of excessive weight or size may be subject to additional shipping costs.

The flat rate and free shipping options cover up to a max of $30 actual shipping costs. Overages are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a parcel is refused and returned to sender the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to send and/or resend the item or if the order is cancelled the 15% restocking fee will apply.

If your order contains an item that is listed as pre-order or back-order, your entire order will be held and ship together unless separate shipping is paid.  Pre-orders are for items not currently in stock, new releases, and larger items that we do not plan to bring in unless requested.  We do this because we want to offer you as many options as possible but do not have the space to stock them all and allows you to guarantee you can get the items you want without having to shop multiple locations. Once you place your order we will order the item in for you.

Pre Orders

Please note that Pre-orders can take 2-6 weeks to arrive.  Some of our wooden toys may take longer, although we do try to keep up to date and list the approximate availability of these items in the product descriptions.  Special requests are considered final sale as these are ordered in specifically for you as you place your orders and are not items we keep in stock. Once our orders are placed there will be NO CANCELLATIONS of pre-orders.  We provide the most up to date arrivals for items that are listed as pre-order that we have from our suppliers, so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Online Orders : Returns of regular stock items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, unwashed, unused items in the original packaging with tags attached. This means that we must have the item delivered back to us within 14 days.  Standard shipping within Canada or from the US to us in Alberta is usually 1-7 days depending on your location.  Items must be in resellable condition, free of marks, odors, or pet hair. You MUST contact us prior to returning an item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.

Refunded items and cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking and cancellation fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable if we have already shipped the items to you. Actual shipping costs (not the flat rate fee we charge) will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order exceeded the minimum for free shipping ($129) and the return drops the order below the minimum, the actual shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Special orders, Pre-orders clearance, sale & seasonal items are final sale.

We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size, if we have the stock on hand,  within the 14 days for shipped orders or 7 days for local pick up purchases but please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs for the return of the item you are exchanging and for the new item being sent out.

Special Requests, Pre-Order, Sale, Clearance & Seasonal items are considered final sale. Personal Hygiene items, cloth diapers and related items are considered final sale. 

Sales and Coupon Codes
Sale items are considered a final sale. Please note that we will not be redeeming baby bucks during Black Friday, boxing day, and other large sales.  Items purchased on sale, and on clearance are considered a final sale.

Orders and Payments
You can pay for your order online with PayPal, Credit Card or Email Money Transfer (in Canada). Please note that if payment is not recieved within 24 hours your order will be cancelled (local pick up excluded). If you prefer to place your order over the phone please call (780)882-9099.

Payment Plans
We are happy to offer easy, interest free, payment plans through Sezzle at checkout!

Warranty
Warranties are generally handled directly by the manufacturer. If you need help getting in touch with the manufacturer please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

*We are human and sometimes make mistakes, therefore we reserve the right to cancel an order due to incorrect pricing, or stock availability.
