Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Therefore, we will never share, trade, or sell any personal information, unless required by law. Your personal information is kept confidential and only used for the purpose in which it was intended.

Shipping
Canadian Shipping Options:

  • FREE Local Pick Up - available for anyone in or around Grande Prairie, Alberta.  We do not ship local orders.
  • FREE Expedited Parcel (orders over $149) - Tracking and insurance up to $100 is included.  Additional insurance may be purchased upon request.
  • $5.00  Letter Mail - available for very small, flat items that are no more than 2cm thick.  Please note that some items may ship without packaging when shipped by letter mail and just because the letter mail option is showing it does not mean that the item will fit. Letter Mail does not include tracking and is at buyers risk as there is no way for us to track or verify delivery.  Please contact us to ensure your order qualifies before choosing this option.
  • $20.00 Expedited Parcel (orders under S149) - Tracking and insurance up to $100 is included in this option. Additional insurance may be purchased upon request. *Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic*

US Shipping Options:

  • FREE Tracked Packet (orders over $149CAD) - Tracking and insurance up to $100 is included.  Additional insurance can be purchased upon request *expected delivery dates are not guaranteed with this option*
  • $13.00 Un-tracked Small Packet - does not include tracking and is at buyers risk as there is no way for us to track or verify delivery.
  • $20.00 Tracked Packet (orders under $149CAD) - Tracking and insurance up to S100 is included.  Additional insurance can be purchased upon request *expected delivery dates are not guaranteed with this option*

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Shipments to the US are handed over to USPS at the border. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, except for orders that contain pre-orders which will ship once all of the items arrive in store. The average delivery time is 1-7 business days once the order has been shipped, this time may be extended for remote locations and during busy shipping times like Christmas, and due to shipping backlogs created by the COVID-19 pandemic.

**Tracked orders will include insurance up to $100. Additional insurance may be purchased by request.  If an item is lost or damaged by the postal service a claim will be initiated and you will be refunded only the $100 unless additional insurance is requested and paid for by the buyer prior to the order being shipped.**

*Please note that packages of excessive weight or size may be subject to additional shipping costs.

The flat rate and free shipping options cover up to a max of $30 actual shipping costs. Overages are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a parcel is refused and returned to sender the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to send and/or resend the item.  No refunds will be issued.

If a shipment is lost or damaged by the shipping company appropriate steps will be taken with the shipping company to rectify the situation.  Making a claim like this may take time while they investigate.  It will be required that you, the customer, provide confirmation of non delivery, or evidence of the item/package, that was damaged.  If you do not provide this information and we are unable to proceed with the claim through the postal service the claim will be closed and there will be no refunds or replacement items shipped to you.  Until the claim with the postal service is concluded we are unable to process any refunds or ship replacement items.  We appreciate your patience with these matters as they do take time, especially for items that may have been lost but will do everything we can on our end to have it dealt with.  Once the claim is processed you will be refunded for the order amount up to a maximum of $100cad unless additional insurance was purchased by the customer when the item was purchased.

Orders and Payments
You can pay for your order online with PayPal, Sezzle, Apple Pay, Credit Card or Email Money Transfer (in Canada). Please note that if payment is not received within 24 hours your order will be cancelled (local pick up excluded). If you prefer to place your order over the phone please call (780)882-9099.

Warranty
Warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. If you need help getting in touch with the manufacturer please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

*We are human and sometimes make mistakes, therefore we reserve the right to cancel an order due to incorrect pricing, or stock availability.
