Shipping in Canada is a flat rate of $10 or free on orders over $125 in Canada or to the US. Orders to the US under $125 may be shipped un-tracked for $8. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and are generally shipped within 1-3 business days, except for pre-orders which will ship as soon as they arrive in store. The average delivery time is 1-7 business days once the order has been shipped and will include a tracking number and insurance up to $100. Additional insurance may be purchased by request.
We can also ship via Canpar Ground for a flat rate of $20 for orders under $125 or $10 on orders over $125 before tax and shipping.
Lettermail shipping is available within Canada for very small, flat items such as two diaper covers or inserts and some items may be shipped without packaging. Please contact us before choosing this option to ensure that your item qualifies. Please note this option does not include tracking or insurance and is at the buyers own risk. Also note that just because the lettermail option is showing, it does not mean that the item will fit.
Local pickup is available in Grande Prairie, Alberta, simply choose the free local pickup option at checkout.

The flat rate and free shipping options cover up to a max of $25 actual shipping costs. Overages are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a parcel is refused and returned to sender the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to send and/or resend the item or if the order is cancelled the 15% restocking fee will apply.
If your order contains an item that is listed as pre-order or back-order, your entire order will be held and ship together unless separate shipping is paid.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us!
Online Orders : Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, unwashed, unused items in the original packaging with tags attached. This means that we must have the item back to us within 14 days. Items must be in resellable condition, free of marks, odors, or pet hair. You MUST contact us prior to returning an item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Refunded items and cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Actual shipping costs (not the flat rate fee we charge) will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order exceeded the minimum for free shipping ($125) and the return drops the order below the minimum, the actual shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount. Clearance and sale items are final sale.
We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size within the 14 days for online orders or 7 days for in store purchases but please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
In Store Returns: We will accept returns up to 21 days from the date of purchase. Up to 7 days you may request a full refund provided that the item is in new condition, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging with the receipt. After 7 days up to 21 days in store credit will be issued. Please note some exceptions will apply for seasonal items. Sale and clearance items are considered final sale. Personal Hygiene items, cloth diapers and related items are considered final sale.
Sales and Coupon Codes
Sale items are considered a final sale. Please note that we will not be redeeming baby bucks during black Friday, boxing day, and other large sales. Items purchased on sale, with baby bucks, and on clearance are considered a final sale.
Orders and Payments
You can pay for your order online with PayPal, Credit Card or Email Money Transfer (in Canada). Please note that if payment is not recieved within 24 hours your order will be cancelled (local pick up excluded). If you prefer to place your order over the phone please call (780)882-9099.
We are happy to offer flexible payment plans on most items(limited or hard to find prints may be excluded). We require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due within 90 days. If for some reason you need more time please let us know. If we do not receive payment by the due date and have not heard from you your order will be cancelled, deposit forfeited, and the items restocked. If you choose to use layaway again at a later date we reserve the right to request up to a 50% non-refundable deposit.
